Plain-English draft for the beta.

What we keep

• Your email and name.
• Your passkey's public key (not your fingerprint or face).
• Your Bloo settings: face, name, voice.
• Which devices are paired, when they were last online, and yes/no flags for whether your Mac has keys and permissions set up.
• Billing status from Stripe, if billing is on.

What we never have

• Your API keys. They live in your Mac's Keychain.
• Your conversations, audio, transcripts, or screenshots. They travel end-to-end encrypted between your screen and your Mac; our relay can't read them.
• Your files, email, or anything on your Mac.

Who else sees what

Your Mac talks directly to the AI providers you chose (Anthropic, and optionally OpenAI and ElevenLabs) using your keys, under their terms. Stripe handles payments. That's it: no ad trackers, no analytics SDKs, no selling data.

Deleting

Delete your account from the dashboard and we erase everything above. Your Mac's logs stay on your Mac until you delete them.
